Peter Green

Peter Green is a British guitar legend and blues institution. He stood out from his first tentative recordings with the likes of Peter Bardens and John Mayall in the mid 1960s, before blazing an incredible - if all too brief - trail with the group he founded, Fleetwood Mac, with whom he wrote and enjoyed huge success with timeless titles like ’Black Magic Woman‘, ’Albatross’, ’Oh Well’ and the ever haunting ’Man Of The World’. His playing famously inspired B.B.King to say, "He has the sweetest tone I ever heard; he was the only one who gave me the cold sweats".

Through many personal transformations and struggles, Peter Green has lived the blues he so obviously fell in love with at a young age. Producing notable recordings in each of the last 5 decades, the body of his work so far is one of the most impressive legacies in the genre.
